By accessing and using Synned, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

2. Nature of the Service

Synned is a reflective, entertainment and wellbeing experience. Replies from “the Voice” are generated by an artificial intelligence system and are presented in a devotional style. They are not the words of any deity, clergy, religious institution, licensed counsellor, lawyer, or medical professional, and they do not constitute religious, legal, medical, or psychological advice. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact local emergency services or a crisis line immediately.

3. Graces and Payments

Synned operates on a grace-based system. Graces are a limited-use digital unit for consuming services inside the Synned platform. By purchasing graces, you agree to the following:

• Graces have no monetary value outside of the Synned platform
• Graces cannot be cashed out or exchanged for money
• Graces are non-transferable between accounts
• Graces are non-refundable once purchased
• Graces expire 12 months after the date of purchase

4. Billing and Refund Policy

All purchases of graces are final. Unused graces are non-refundable. We process payments securely. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• All payment information is accurate and complete
• You understand that purchases are non-refundable

5. User Conduct

You agree to use Synned in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

• Abuse, spam, or misuse the service
• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use the platform for any fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, any unused graces will be forfeited and are not eligible for refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

Synned is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Synned after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
